August 2023 Prize Giveaway Terms and Conditions

1. Promotion Period: The Jogilby Prize Giveaway ("Promotion") will run from 1st August 2023 to 31st August 2023 ("Promotion Period").
2. Eligibility: The Promotion is open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry and are legal residents of either the United Kingdom or the Isle of Man. Employees, representatives, or affiliates of Jogilby and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
3. Entry Requirements: To enter the Promotion, participants must complete the following steps during the Promotion Period:
   a) Like the designated Facebook post related to the Jogilby August 2023 Prize Giveaway.
   b) Share the designated Facebook post on their timeline.
   c) Follow the Jogilby Facebook business page.
4. Winner Selection: The winner of the Jogilby Prize Giveaway will be randomly chosen from the pool of eligible entries. The selection will take place on 1st September 2023. The winner's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the selection process.
5. Winner Eligibility: The selected winner must be a resident of either the United Kingdom or the Isle of Man. If the selected winner is found to be residing outside of these territories, they will be disqualified, and another winner will be randomly selected from the eligible entries.
6. Winner Notification: The winner will be contacted via Facebook Messenger on or after 1st September 2023. If the selected winner does not respond within seven (7) days of the initial contact, another winner will be randomly selected from the eligible entries.
7. Prize: The winner of the Promotion will receive a discount code for a "Jogilby Established T Shirt" with a value of £32 ("Prize"). The Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other alternative.
8. Discount Code Validity: The discount code awarded as the Prize will be valid for use from 1st September 2023 to 1st October 2023 ("Validity Period"). Any attempt to use the discount code beyond the Validity Period will render it void.
9. Use of Discount Code: The discount code can be used only for the purchase of a "Jogilby Established T Shirt" within the Validity Period. The discount code can be applied at the point of purchase on Jogilby's official website. Any purchase made using the discount code is subject to Jogilby's standard terms and conditions of sale.
10. Personal Data: Participants agree that any personal data provided in connection with the Promotion may be used by Jogilby in accordance with its Privacy Policy and for the purposes of administering the Promotion.
11. Promotion Disclaimer: This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Facebook.
12. Changes and Termination: Jogilby reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion, or amend these terms and conditions, at its discretion and without prior notice. Any such changes will be effective immediately upon posting on Jogilby's official website or other platforms.
13. Publicity: By participating in the Promotion, the winner agrees to the use of their name and image for advertising and promotional purposes related to the Promotion, without any additional compensation.
14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: The Promotion and these terms and conditions will be governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Promotion shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.

By entering the Jogilby Prize Giveaway, participants confirm that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
